2022 General Assembly

On February 22nd, 2022, 30 members got together at the Girl Scout Auditorium to hold 2022 General Meeting and a special lecture.   President Jungsook Kim had an opening remark and Co-chair Minji Lee made a welcoming remark as well.  

The 2021 General meeting minutes got passed unanimously and members approved the 2022 plan of operation and the budget without dissent. Three new Board members were also appointed and approved by the members. President Kim also mentioned  having WKIC apply and register as an NGO under the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family and the members welcomed the idea. 

After the meeting, there was a special lecture by one of the Board members of WKIC, Dr. Kyungjoo Kim, the head of the Center for children's meal service management of Gurogu'. She basically talked about the importance of diet and the eating habit, and the changes made after Covid 19.  Such an educational and innovative lecture it was!
