In the 21st century, soft power represented by women's delicacy, sensitivity, flexibility, and relationship orientation is strongly demanded in all areas of our society. 

 

In order to reconsider national competitiveness, countries around the world are actively developing and utilizing female workers, and making every effort to create an institutional basis and social environment for women's social participation.

 

In response to these changes , we share WCI's knowledge and experience with each other, promote friendship, and contribute to the realization of a gender equality society by promoting the status of women around the world.
